very nice bones, dont really like the font for the text all that much, and the little thing on the guys face doesnt look right, and last but not least the spray thing near the bottom doesnt look right IMO

When you look at a Flyer, you're not really looking at the detail and the blending so much.
What you are looking for is that Impact effect.
The Bold, Black background, the Splatter style wall and the man in an odd position are something that will catch the eyes of people.
This is a NY advert. It has to compete with ALOT of other adverts, so standing out is a big advantage.
