Actually I designed the page, it is art, I'm not advertising. I want feedback on the design, changes etc.

But you are advertising a service.
Perhaps you could put up a picture of the page and then leave the link for the Advertising Section.

When you say it like that, it sounds like you are advertising your site, not posting it to get feed back on the design.

You should said something like "New website design, check it out and give some feed back"

Also, this should go in the design and interface forum, not digital art.
