Too bright and the colour choice is odd. :\
And the text is awful, too obvious and attention grabbing..
I like the effects, but it's too bright.
Text isn't great, you need to be more subtle with the text.
Don't make it TOO eye-catching. :P
I also think you put the light source in the wrong spot, just doesn't look right to me.
The effects are nice, however i think the render and the text are really ill-fitting. i think it would look better if the background was less blurry and it was made into an abstract piece, but thats just me =] keep it up!
I think the reason the BG is blurry is because he smudged the render? that's just how it looks to me but if it had an abstract background and it was more bright I think that it would be good.
