The effects are okay, but those lines are extremly distracting. Also why is she smack in the center, never forget the rule of thirds! It may seem basic, but it's one of the most important elements of art! this tag would be soo much better just scooted to the left or right 50ish pixels.

The BG is wayy to blurry. Try and make it show something or mesh with the effects right now it doesnt seem to blend with anythign really. Make it work a bit moe but keep the depth.

The text, keep working at it. I reccomend a gramound, anything serif, would work 3with this tag. And drop that line it's over used and seems to be a sign of inconfidence in your text, almost like a crutch.

kk, the backgrounds screwed because it was a stock photo. any suggestions on improving it. ill try tomove it to the right and change the text.
