Text is the hardest part. Keep it simple and subtle. Try to avoid fancy fonts and stick with basic windows/default ones. I think you did a pretty decent job myself.

The effects are great, I like the low opacity Spiderman suit in the bottom left corner.
The lighting looks good but you really need to work on the text.
