Its a nice idea, but the render is too dull and the scanlines kill it, + the text maybe a different font? but good idea <3 keep it up

Looks like you got a picture of a city, scanlined it and put it behind a halo guy then darkened it crazy amount :S Not feeling it man, try brightening it up a bit and only having one focal.
yea way to dark and lose the scan lines
Also you have a light line where it looks like the stock ended and the rest started its right near the soldier of the Halo character.
