It's nice, simplistic, but way too empty! Perhaps get a soft gradient background in there or something, anything that fills in the background. Also some more effects around the guy perhaps.

Ya i was thinking of a gradient map, but it was around 1 in the morning and decided to go to bed lmao, i've still got the psd i might upload a better version soon
