when i do this it turns out purple so idk
make sure you have it set to RGB Mode, and also make sure you have it all one layer
yea i have all of that and its still purple i had to apply a gradient to change it back to green but it could be if i have cs3
I used CS3 to do it,
i remember having the same problem but i don't remember how i fixed it
I have cs3 and cs4 and both give purple results.
Make sure the Neon Glow filter color is set to bright green. Worked for me in CS2.
