ohhhhh ok i get it:) im not the best person to answer ur question on that one as i know roughly how o do it but i have never done one better to ask an admin like dark method for example

It really depends on what you're working with, and how you want your edges. Generally if its a shape you've already made (like say for instance, a square) and you want to give it a round edge:
1. Draw a new square with the desired radius of roundness. (Hit U and then select the round rectangle tool on the top toolbar).
2. Move the square to the corner you wish to round (with the layer on top of the layer you wish to round, ensuring that the top line and the right line are evenly positioned, based on what you want to do) and hold ctrl + click the layer thumbnail (in the layers window) of the rounded square.
3. Now click the layer of the square you want to round, and hit ctrl+shift+I. This will select the excess material around the rounded corner selection. Now tap delete.
4. Then go ahead and delete your guide rounded square layer, and you should be left with a nice rounded corner on your original square.

thats confusing solar XD
i guess i will tell u a very simple way
chose a rounded edge square selection tool
make a new layer(make sure it transparent)
move it down at the bottom(below the first layer)
Then select the sig and delete the outside part. (oh i guess this will confuse u but just figure it out XD)
