Awesome tag man. Really cool idea. I like how chaotic the left side is. Looks really good.

Maybe try taking the text out altogether and see what it looks like. This seems like a tag that would look alright without text.

or maybe fill the gap on the right with the text 8|

At least change the font, courier or a similar serif would probably not be a good choice in this case. It feels a bit cramped being in that little space. I like it though, very glassy.
