A problem you seem to be having is splitting up the focal and the effects. The focal should be the effects, try moving all the effects to the render (below it of course) to give us one place to look at.
Try keeping your text together not split up as that also gives us 2 places to look at. I reccomend reading Papas text guide it's a great help I'm sure you'll find it useful. If you lower the opacity on your text it'll keep it there but make it alot less attention grabbing for everyone.

Not too sure about the background to be honest, almost makes the signature look unfinished?

Try and find some more techy feel brushes, C4D's and maybe a text to match and work around those and put them into this. Not feeling the render though unfortunately, looks freekish :p
