This is my latest, Its not the best but ive only just stated lol. Im not 100% sure on the text but i like it :)

You are getting the hand of backgrounds, however the image needs blending a little - you can see the cutting lines of 'white bits' around the left side. Looks messy.

There are probably better explain tuts for text on here, but I just quickly jotted that down for him and it might give you a little idea. Its the big post by me on text - you really can't miss it

yeah use clippin masks on ya text to blend it in more :) best ive seen from ya so far keep it up
