I stoped at like half because somehow it didn't look right, I also don't know how to add scan lines.

I changed the bg and re-did the first 5-7 steps (the ones who change the bg) like 3 times but it still didn't look right.

well, for the displace part, your not gonna get the same exact thing that i did. that might be why its looking different
