slightly too oversmudged at the fron of Master Chief IMO other then that, quite a nice sig :D

did you not save it as a PSD with all the layers not merged?
Save your .psd files! All the time! Save before merging layers and before "applying image".
i save my .psd all the time, i have hundreds LOL :P
work on the lighting imo
Perhaps a little too 'one tone' and a little oversmudged on the render making it look a tad messy.
I'd suggest working on the text because it isn't doing anything to enhance the signature.
