Hmm..I like a lot about it, other than the render itself. It just looks weird somehow.

Text placement might use a bit of work as well. Nice job over all.

the Bg is cool but somehow the render is either too large or the purposeful blending is too obvious... she doesnt fir the signature

About the render. When you placed it into you sig, and re sized it, did you hold down your SHIFT key? I think that could be your problem if you didn't.

Press CTRL+T and as you drag the sides or corners of the render, hold your SHIFT key down.

the background is very well done. Render is just a huge head. kinda weird imo
