i dunno... it too sharp and bright for me, the render really doesn't seems part of the sig.
What's the weird scanline looking thing on the guys elbow?
It looks a bit busy and chaotic, you blended the main focal into the background pretty well though.

It's too monotone. Try to liven it up a bit. This would probably look a lot better as a thinner tag also.
