The gravitational force of so many planets in considerably close proximity would cause the planetary bodies to collide with each other in an absolutely prodigious manner.
Aside from the nerdy stuffs, I think you need to try a shot that doesn't reuse the same buildings multiple times and show some consistency with lighting. Also, not nearly that degree of space would be visible from ground level at morning. More nerdy stuff but, still, it gets me.
Planets and stars themselves look really nice, though.
Somebody followed a tutorial :P I've seen this tut, you used the exact same buildings and brushes. Anywho not too bad. Seems a tad too dark and the blending of the buildings to the hill is quite badly done. Repeating the same building over and over is quite boring on the eyes and makes the image itself feel repetitive.
The clattered sky leaves little imagination for the effect of realism, also the lighting seems off up there too. Fix that up, clean it, remove some planets and what not and make it stand out.
Yep its a tutorial from PSDtuts i believe, i have seen this done alot of time so no so many points for originallity, however if it was, and i think it is, a test to try new technieques its not bad. You achieved the thing the tutorial is ment to teach, its almost the same so technically you did a good job :D now try sit down thinking, making a sketch on a new scene so you have something to really call your own :D i think you got the skills for it :D
The lighting in it sucks. It doesn't look real.
alrighty thanks guys!
yeah I thought it was really cool so I wanted to see if I could get something like it!
just learning new stuff and trying it is so much fun!
