No, I doubt it and I doubt the server could handle it to be quite honest.Imagine if we all were to upload stuff.

But if you wanted to share an e-book, you could use a filesharing host like rapidshare.com. Obviously though, you shouldn't share any type of warez or pirated software.
You could email it to me (if its small enough, or upload to rapid share or something) then I can host it for you on my private server.
