Nice overall, though a two things ruin it for me =[ hate giving bad cnc, but this is imo, i really dont like the lines on the right, i think that it would look much better without it, just resized. And the text stands out a tiny bit too much for me, its nice text just, a little too big and too bright, but overall nice, 7/10 from me.
Effects are sick though ;P
P.S. Also, just noticed, the fret, if thats what its called on the guitar looks slightly LQ or oversharpened >.<
I really like the effects on this one. The lines and text aren't working for me. Like Fuzer said, the text stands out too much. Maybe you should try removing the outer glow effect and make the text smaller. And IMO, I think you should change the font.
And you should probably read Papa's text tutorial. I learned a lot from there.
Every critic is wlcm, even a bad one :)

Your update is pretty good. very epic lighting. The effects are cool. Only thing i wish is that you followed the rule of thirds more. Always watch out for compo. You pretty good sig there could have been aamzing had it focused on composition more.
