Love the hair. It looks like you used individual shapes for modeling the face, which is great and all, but have you ever tried using a gradient mesh?

Jeff you rock at vector, nothing more i can say except its fantastic, i love the fact your vectors have lighting, depth and great composition, along with great colour shape and style.

Yeah, I've used it before (you can see a result here if you want), but I think I like the individual shape look a little more, and I'm a little better at controlling shapes at the moment. Besides, I did this one with shape layers in Photoshop, so the gradient mesh wasn't actually an option, heh.

I think it looks sick, as I said on MSN. Only thing that looks weird is the eyes, but the lighting on this is perfect man.
