It's alright in my opinion, one of your best.
I'm LOVING the text, it's absolutely perfect for the sig.
I think it's a bit too large, however, you could scale it down a bit.
You should also work on the depth of your signatures, so that the render appears in the foreground and the background appears in the...background. :D

Atm this sig is the one I'm going to vote for, I REALLY like it great coloring, great render, I like the borders(fits such a big sig) Only 1 thing to mention, v1 has these bigger borders and that makes it look like it has a bit more depth, on the other hand, I agree its too big, but maybe you could give it a slight curve or level-layer(just thinking, dont know if it matters much :) )
