Digital Art much?

Foreground is blurred, so is the background, no depth.

Lolno. Nothing is blurred ;D. There is depth =o but okay.
Shorter:: Yeah there is fire.

The actual technique is good, but you just have no depth at all.
Good colours, but I would crop in between where you have chosen, one of them is too small and the other is too large, so choose a middle ground. :D
