I saw some Mario sig here and decided to do Bowser! I thought it turned out really well..and thanks Taco for the border idea! :P

The Render could be less blended...Accually i don't like the render at all you should use a different one...ATM It's 7/10 but with a different render it could be a 9/10

this was the best render I could find, and I really didn't feel like searching for more..
