I only like the text tbh. The sig is waaay too over sharpened. It just looks grainy and pixely, the lightings off too. Try add a single light source, instead of lots. I can't really say much else as all I see is pixels from the sharpens.

The spatter filter is too noticable. Render is too big leaving no room for effects either.

^^agreed, also if you are gonna do a floating head sig, you need to blend the edges of the head into the bg better, so it does not look like a pasted render over a bg, it should be smooth transition from focal to bg, and foreground effects. cool color choices tho, and text is nice.
