Have an idea, but want to see how this works 1st.
Think of this as wall art, maybe something you would see on the side of a building or something like that.

It's cool but that's not Hiros power :( I like the concept, if it's what I think it is.

yea, I know it's not, but not much effect-wise you can do with time-stop and teleportation.
and I think this is going to be harder than I'd hoped.
