I like chaotic tags but this is just a tad too chaotic for me :S there is no real flow :S try and add some flow to the tag and the effects are sharper than the focal so it draws away then attention from him :S you dont want that :S try some more blur and sharpen the focal more :D also maybe try darkening the tag :D

this is a bit chaotic. Go through the layers and hide and unhide them seeing what is and isnt necesary. That should help you make it less chaotic. Also the coloring rly isnt helping it. Maybe make this a black and white, that could probably help to minimaize that problem. Effects are okay and BG is okay. I'd say work on flow next time.
