I don't really like this, I don't like the render as I don't really know who it is or what effect it's giving, the background is nice but at the same time sickly and the text is really bad, first of all it's too big and sticks out too much. I suppose you could lower the opacity but still wouldn't do much for me.

^ except I know who the render is, that's house so I get the point of the title, him with the paddles but it still doesn't help the image much its a bad render to use.

I love the idea, but the execution could have been way better.
The render looks a bit poorly cut out, and it's VERY bright.
Spread out the text in the background a bit, but I do love the way it's partially covered.
Background could have just been a medical lab or something, but blurred to give some depth, and that would have worked PERFECTLY!!! :D
I URGE you to try again with a different background, this one could be a VERY funny piece. :D
