it's not too bad, but the smudge area looks like he's being sucked into a black hole. it's two Dark for the light bg.

Yea i hope he does fall into that blackhole and die because i dont like him....just tired XD.

You should always feel safe posting your work, we are just here to help you out. :P
I think that you have the basic elements, and you have some blending in there.
You should watch out for the floating head, and all that negative space just sitting there doesn't really do much for it.
And then there is the contrast, it's just too light and dark.
So just keep trying, read some tut's and you'll learn a thing or two. :D
