Too much splattering, it's ok but not around the render.
Just cut down on the effects, and add some text for now, and then I'll help you out some more. :D

imo you need to clear up your focal majorly, and imo never put effects over the characters face >.< but other than that i like it, could use a border and some text ofc

Hmm. o_o Well, to be honest I don't have much left to clear up. I personally think it's alot less cluttered now, but even if I'm wrong, I'll just have to ditch it, because that clutter is all that's left. xD

I think you should make the splatters all going in either one or two directions, try to focus them more so that they are concentrated and going into one spot.
Nice work on number two however, the text is quite nice. :D

I steadied the flow, and took out some more things, but added a bit more so the tag didn't completely die.

Hrm. I like the new version.

I don't like the colours in this tag, your splatter is alright but a bit overdone. Depth is good and lighting is a bit strong.
