no its the opposite, becuase the sides are blurred and the focal is sharper. it is a pic of a guy from the game marathon by bungie, (the people who made Halo)

Seems rather nice, focal is kinda clear but I am distracted by the *fractal?* on the right.

yeah i guess it was a little distracting but it is "filler" because that bit was a boring background

I think its pretty hot :D Would have loved to see it in some color though.
