Pretty nice, although I don't like the white border.
And that effect near the hair makes it seem badly cut out (the bottom beside the neck).
The text is cool but I (think) it says DEMO and when I first looked I could only read EMO. :D
The effect near the eye is great, that's gorgeous. :D
