Anywho I like the border, but the bg looks like it was made from filters :blink:.

I agree. Nice work on the border, but the background kinda ruins the whole effect. Make a fractal background with some fractal brushes.

the border is good, but the BG looks like it does nor belong. Maybe brush it and blend it to make it looks better.
