you have way over done the small text ;P you only need 1 line of it, maybe two if your feeling adventurous, however the blending of the guy is really nice, not feeling how you have blended the guitar stock though.
As for the bubble c4d ( i think you used ) i think you downsized it abit too much.
BUT YAY NORMAL BORDER! but its white =[

Text is killing it.
You're trying to make a smudge sig techy. It doesnt work. the red is a little too saturated for my liking.
grab the sponge tool and tone parts down a little. and change the text.
i agree with everyone tht text kills it but the blending of the guy is nice;)
