I quite like it, the text is pretty bad and the background effects are bad, I like the colours and that but don't like the sort of crumpled effect. Keep it up mate.
I'd erase the effects on brucey, smudge him in a bit and add some more colours in there.
the sig looks really low quality, or over sharpened everywhere, i think it lacks effects, maybe you could smooth the whole tag out, throw in some c4ds and see how it goes from there

i dont see it being oversharpened, i think its not. the background effects could use some work and as fuzer said throwing in some C4D's wouldnt hurt ;)
