Need help!! I need to remove cat smell

Sorry this might be off topic.

My cat is getting old and peeing everywhere. grrrr!

I need to remove cat pee odor from a carpet. Does anyone no a good product or household remedy to remove cat pee from carpet?

My nan had a cat that kept doing that. I sat it in once :(
It died a year later. At least it was from old age and nothing else though :)

Anyways, just use bleach.

i wood say bleach... but im no expert ^^

bleach on carpet will make the colors fade away. You could tear out the carpet and have wood flooring (easier to clean) or buy a carpet shampooer but these can come in expensive compared to a normal vacuum.

Or do as ratchet said get rid of it, best way is to scare it into the middle of a busy road :P.
