Not bad, text needs work - font needs changing for Soft Landing and it shouldn't be so far off and large. Its distracting.
I say move the text and crop the left side off.
A little bright, it looks like one blurry, bright effect with a weird little design on the left.
The space above the man's head needs to be filled, or the effects on his sides need to be more thoroughly defined.
I see some depth, but the brightness ruins that. The render is also badly cut out, I can see a white line surrounding it.
A good start, definitely needs some work.

left side text could use some work/ filler. it looks really plain
right side looks too bright, an over saturated.
