Hi. I am new to the "GFX Scene" so I do not really have a lot of skill. I talk to a qualified graphic designer, and he got me on the idea of graphics ;).

Welcome to the void! i think that your tag could use a little bit more effects, and personally i would work on the text, try to keep it simple, and without text effects like outerglow etc
