Make the border a bit smaller.
I guess you aren't going for a lot of effects, or any in this one.
For text?
You could try for subtle and erase those words in the background and then put some big block text there.
Or just stick some block text somewhere near the middle, but not right in the middle.
I would try subtle, just erase that lettering in the back and then stick some text in behind it, that might look cool. :D
