not exactly sig size and dosen't ll\ook like you really did anythig... unless you drew it yourself o_0... maybe a border? dosen't look very liable, maybe you should change size :)
Can you explain what looks like I didn't do, I made everything except for Selphie and the chocobo =/
looks fine to me, although it wouldn't be liable for a entry for Sotw12..size restrictions..this should also go into digital art. You could try splitting it in half, and make the top part a sig, then it would fine..

The max sizes are around 150 height and 500 width, doesnt fall in either....
It looks ok, there is no transparency and it looks a little basic

This is to big to be a sig. Maybe resize it? Even if you didn't it's still a good piece of art!
