Great, but I almost think it would look better without the yellow text. Also, the top left corner has a bit too much brushing, it feels a bit chaotic and cramped.
its got nice effects in the BG but if you used some in front of the girl to blend it in, it would awesome. also just don't randomly place them in, try and create some flow from the girl as the center on effects and then spreading as they move from her. lastly, the light blue border doesn't go well with the sig.

Nope, just slapping more brushes on top of her is a detraction, believe it or not. Put that behind her and clean up that bloody top left corner and you might be getting somewhere. Text looks a bit better with less yellow text there, but it could be better if that yellow text was smaller (or just non-existent.)
yh i must admit i dont like tht in front of her i was just testing liek u said too distracting ill repost what shall i do with left corner?
Just softbrush erase the bits that are intruding on the text, maybe take out the green part.
