You've got clashing momentum going on, and the BG looks very blank. The text looks alright, but there's just not enough body to this sig.
DF is right, make sure that those motion blurs are generally in the same direction.
Using a black background is an easy way of looking like you filled up space. ;)
The text is pretty good for now.
Try and see if you can follow some tut's in the signature section, those will really help you out.
