text needs work, BG is a bit blank, and that thing at the bottom is really quite distracting.

try not to have a floating head in your sigs, its not a good thing to have, your style seems to be floating heads. text needs work, bg needs more blending, and focal point of sig is real lq.

I reccommend cleaning up your focal point, trying different fonts and styles of text. blending your render in with your bg so there is a defined bg, foreground, and midground. effects could also use more work to make them stand out and not fade out.
