Looks too much like a purple - orange gradient map. sort out the colouring.
I can see the default orange/purple gradient map.
As Lewk said, sort that out and this one will be pretty good. :P
Yeah, i agree, the purple and orange just dont fit with kakashi at all imo. maybe try using some blues and greens, i think it will work better with the character

Now use a different colour for the font, maybe a deep purple or blue or a light grey to match the render. :D
V2 is much better. My only crit is that there seems to be no sharp parts in the BG, everything seems blurred atleast a bit compared to the render. maybe sharpen atleast one or two parts opf the BG around the same area of the render, that way its not all blurred.

Try a LITTLE bit of a lighter purple for the text... I can't read it as it is.
