Not bad, but the render doesn't really fit, I don't even know what that render is from. :D
The text should be more subtle, maybe make it lighter.
I suggest you read this tut: http://www.gfxvoid.com/forums/showthread.php?t=52611
I've been recommending this one a lot, it's simple and easy to follow. :D
I've noticed Battle Cat. :p Thanks for getting it out there.
Your text needs work and scanlines have to go. It's also very hard to see your background, very dark.
I'd scrap the text completely. Also the render of Francis is either overly blured using motion blur or is overly noicy. Makes the render look LQ
The first thing i notice is scan lines. I'd drop those right away they tend to be a style of the past and look a bit noobish nowadays.
The text needs work try to stick with default looking fonts. Arial and garamond are some nice fonts. You dont want anything too flashy, because you want it to blend with the sig, but you also want it to be unique and creative. text is a very hard art of gfx, and eventually you will become great at it. Just keep experimenting for now.
The colors arent bad though the seem a bit dark. The effects aren't bad overall. I would say bring out a light source, maybe use an effect c4d or two set to linear dodge and just bring it out a bit.
Finally read up on the rule of thirds. The compo in this sig is suffering and it could really be good if it just followed the rule of thirds./
