I don't think the motion blur looks good. Sorry but I dislike that weird border-ish thing you tried to do. Well, it's creative I'll give you that. You covered up his face with that motion blur. Try setting it on different blending modes. BG is way too plain. Splatters are okay for me. Try getting creative with text. Not your best system.

decent flow, but could do without the border. Colours could be more accentuated, but pretty good.

The motion blur is very good and indicates the flow most of the sig. The effects seem not much and there are some spaces the can do with filling IMO. neat work however.

I also like the motion blur, it's a darn good idea! I don't like that white border though. :/
