v2 looks a bit better because the right side of the girl is just kidna fading in and it looks pretty strange. The background and effects are nice though.
render looks a bit over-sharpened.The effects are cool though. Black and white is better. Text needs a bit of work imo. Not bad at all xD good job ;)

You blended it a little too much, the colour is nicer, but the fading away part doesn't really work well with this one.
