I drew the background myself, and this is my first public tag with pentooling.

Please criticize constructively.

I don't think the pen tooling works particularly well with this. The background is funny but a good idea. Don't like the text. Other than that not bad. :)

Do you think I should get rid of the glow on the pentooling?

Remove the pen tooling all together in my opinion.
I really like the style though, reminds me of old school comics.
The text is awesome, and the right side is sweet!
