Replace the lens flare with something a bit more "subtle".

Add more depth and replace the lens flare. Change the text. Rest is good.

Omni light would probs do it

Filters>Render>Lighting Effects>Omni

The pen tooling might look better if it were flowing from the light and not just sitting on her hair.
Nice idea and it's not bad, just work on composition. :P
