That would literally kill the contrast, and with that, the depth. :}
did you try to do it? at least try... or do i going to do it
If you do that it will like stated kill the depth, i personally like it not sure about whatever is on his hands but other than that its a nice idea and i like the use of colours.
not your usual high quality, the bg and text aint that good
i personally like BG, but it misses something in foreground, add some c4d and blur it it will also increase depth
