too bright, tone down the lightsource a little try adding some b&w gradient maps or diff gradient maps to tone it down a little, also the text placement distracts from the focal point. blend the edges of your render in by slightly blurring the outer edges, zoom in if neccesarry. the edges just look like cookie cutter sharp. nice composition and render placement. the main effect of the star thing is cool idea, but with it so bright it is hard to see it clearly.
a told above, also try to add some more colorfull gradients, i guess its bit too monotone man
